Contemporary Luxury Modern Kitchen Remodel

Turned this cottage bungalow into the perfect family vacation home.  
This was a full remodel and redesign of the home to fit the client's personality and needs of simplicity, sophisticated, comfortable, beautiful and timeless. 
We redesigned the layout of the main floor and the basement by moving the kitchen, the stairs, bedrooms, bathroom and living room and added a bedroom and a laundry room. 
We also worked on the outside of the house, front and back by changing the siding, made changes to the porch up front and the deck out back.
This was a big project for us but with the help and the clear vision of the client, we exceed expectations and gain much more experience throughout.

Modern Farmhouse Entryway Remodel

Turned this older traditional style house into the client's dream home by creating a modern farmhouse living space. 
The spaces worked in this projects were the foyer, the stairs, the living room, kitchen, dining room, the powder room and the family room. 
Our wonderful client wanted to be able to walk in a home that felt airy and spacious. To be able to achieve this goal for her, we create an open concept to the main floor by removing all the walls that were separating the rooms.
How did we achieve the Modern Farmhouse Style? We mixed the modern look, clean lines, sleek surfaces, neutral palette and brushed metals and added a little hint of farmhouse by adding some contrasting colour and mixes of natural finishes. 
We never would've achieve this beautiful look without the client, her inspirations, ideas and overall help with this project is what made this project beautiful, achievable and a great experience.

Our client knew what they wanted and we worked together to achieve their dream space. 
This beautiful kitchen with breakfast nook has all the elements that you want in a kitchen and also have it all work together. From earthy tones to bold, striking cabinetry to large glass table to white crips walls and countertop and of course we cant forget the industrial style lighting fixtures. 
One of the bathroom, we create the classic luxurious black and white but with a more of a bold statement by adding the bathroom fixtures black. The second bathroom, we created a more calm tones with some grey and dark wood. 
We had such a great time with this project and our client, we were able to explore new designs and techniques. Always a great experience. 

Bold, Striking Kitchen & Luxurious Bathrooms

Kitchen Remodel

Mix the old with the new. We kept the character of this farmhouse and modernize it to best suit the client.
The kitchen went from traditional cozy farmhouse to modern farmhouse, we created an open concept with the open shelves rather than cabinets, we replaced to floor with a bold pattern to add some of the client's style and personality. We added a classic subway tile backsplash up to the ceiling and added some contrast by refinishing the cabinetry to bold dark colour for a striking look. 
The bathroom went from traditional to a classic black and white open concept. We remodel this bathroom to created something elegant and timeless. This walk-in shower created the open concept we were looking for and the black and white created the fresh and rich look. 
This project was a fun experience to create with the help of the client, we got to learn and explore new things.

A basement for everyone. 
New kitchenette, a 3 piece bathroom, a bedroom, and large open space for a home gym, entertainment and dining. 

Audrey Street - Full Remodel

This traditional kitchen leans on classic elements such as recessed cabinetry, quartz countertop and a warm colors. It is a cozy and comforting and also a very inviting room for family fun or guest to entertainment. 
This kitchen has all the storage and a bonus custom designed and constructed flip top rolling island. Built to fit a narrow kitchen built in the 70's and renovated by us in 2016. This rolling island is a true multi faceted piece that can suit almost any needs. We love the idea and had fun creating it for the client. New cabinets, floors, backsplash and countertops were all designed with the client and installed by us.

Bathroom Remodel on John St.

Aldergrove

In this transitional basement, the design is in the details with simple crips lines, refined angles, and a neutral color palette
This remodel involved some custom work to fit the needs and style of the client. 
We created this large luxurious wine cellar and a custom built in media unit with fireplace. Lots of storage and space for the client to entertain friends and family or just a place to relax and have a nice evening in. 
For the stairs railing they went with white pickets to add a striking contrast to the dark wood stairs, which draws the attention.  
All the doors were changed to oversized white shaker style to create a pronounced statement.
We cannot forget the bathroom remodel, the all white bathroom with a touch of grey. 
Another fun project, we loved and appreciated the client's help throughout. We always love a new challenge to be able to gain more experience.
