Modern Farmhouse Main Floor Remodel

Turned this older traditional style house into the client's dream home by creating a modern farmhouse living space.

The spaces worked in this projects were the foyer, the stairs, the living room, kitchen, dining room, the powder room and the family room.

Our wonderful client wanted to be able to walk in a home that felt airy and spacious. To be able to achieve this goal for her, we create an open concept to the main floor by removing all the walls that were separating the rooms.

How did we achieve the Modern Farmhouse Style? We mixed the modern look, clean lines, sleek surfaces, neutral palette and brushed metals and added a little hint of farmhouse by adding some contrasting colour and mixes of natural finishes.

We never would've achieve this beautiful look without the client, her inspirations, ideas and overall help with this project is what made this project beautiful, achievable and a great experience.
